"We liked being so close to the beach. We didn't like how loud some of the guests were. Also, when we arrived, the entire TV was unplugged from the cable and electricity as well as the hot water was a mystery. We found that it was hooked up backwards, so hot was cold and vice versa. "

"I loved the staff, the room and view was awesome, but the valet parking is across the street so if you leave something in the car it’s a hike! But overall it was simply relaxing and amazing!"

"Great location close to the light rail lots of places within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable they need to replace the desk chair it was on it's last legs. "

"My stay was amazing. Our family love it. From the ocean view , to the 17th fl we were on. So clean, breakfast was hot and good. Bed was comfy. Staff was super friendly!! The valet Parking was kinda hected and a very tight sweeze but tge valeter , Robert handled like a pro. He was AWSEOME!!. "

"property was for the most part desirable, front desk was helpful. you say high to some of the staff they didn't acknowledge you or didn't understand the language. morning breakfast was good but some people got it without tickets,or just ran in,grabbed food and took off without having tickets."

"We could not check in at 4 PM and was told that it was not guaranteed. This was a bit frustrating. There should be an area for people to put their bags while waiting. It cut into our time there as we were only there one night."

"Only complaint is that there should’ve been more handicap spots on the main lot, which can only hold about 40 cars. They had a secondary lot across the street. Also, even though we declined room service, we had to go to the front desk each day to ask for towels, the staff could’ve left them in our laundry basket that we put outside each morning for the wet towels "

"The area was very safe and taken care of. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very clean and ac was cold when we needed it. Towels were provided, key cards worked well no smoking made hotel smell pleasant. Breakfast was fair. I would definitely book again if I had the opportunity. "

"The shower in our room was very nice. I really enjoyed the water pressure. Also, we had an electric vehicle and the hotel offered two EV charging stations. "

"I was surprised by the large rooms. check in was easy and the rooms were very clean. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Extra towels and washcloths were brought to room within 5 minutes of asking. Cleanliness is very important to me and it was great. The tub drain needed to be snaked, it took awhile for the water to drain. Room 203. Other than that 5 stars. I loved that it was 2 blocks from the boardwalk, close for access but quiet for sleeping."

"The hallways are very dark. They had a live band which was very loud and even though we were on the 5th floor we could still hear them. I love the scent of the soaps and shampoo but our body wash was empty."
