"The person at the reception does not seem to care if you are standing there wanting to get your room key everytime you get to the hotel because he is on the phone with friends who are more important than you. The toilet is not flushing correctly. The Hotel is super loud, you will hear everything, every footstep of the crowd coming back at 3am from partying. The WiFi is so spotty , to tge point its useless."

"We stayed in this hotel for one night as part of a long trip around Italy. The room was very clean, though a little tight for a family of five with 3 teenagers. The worst was the air conditioning not working, nobody was able to sleep because of the heat inside and outside the room. The staff was friendly but didn’t bother to solve the problem. The parking is one block away, but with the traffic, bikes and closed, it takes about 15 minutes to park. Buffet breakfast for OK. Not returning."
