There was a really bad odor from the bathroom that was almost intolerable but we only stayed two nights so we just dealt with it and had the door closed as much as possible. The staff is helpful but as check in hours approached, there wasn't anyone at the desk until 4pm sharp."

Note there is no car park at the property but you can park at the top of the hill close by for free public parking so you need to be fit enough to take your luggage up stairs at the hotel and down a steep road for about 50m to get to the hotel from the carpark. "The hotel has a very convenient location, making it easy to get around, take boat rides, and find places to eat nearby. Even on a rainy day, it didn’t affect our travel plans at all.
I especially enjoyed the breakfast on the 8th floor,it was a great way to start the day. The umbrellas provided by the hotel were also very thoughtful and useful during the rainy weather.
Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others."
