"Decent hotel right next to Hamburg station. The road it’s on is a bit sketchy, full of junkies and refugees sleeping rough, but if you’re a solo traveller as I was it’s easy enough to navigate around and you can quickly walk to the awesome bits of Hamburg or jump on the metro. Staff were helpful and all spoke good English. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Would stay again. "

"The hotel is great, the restaurant and breakfast are delicious ! We were lucky enough to enjoy asparagus and strawberry season ! The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The village and the area are lovely. It is a very nice placecto stay."

"Check in was easy and parking (under the hotel) was convenient. Breakfasts were excellent, good choice and well presented. The only slight problem was the lack of air conditioning but the window opened wide (and safely) so the hot weather was bearable."
