"Good staff, clean room, breakfast lacking, Basic bar for beer. No night airconditioning, beds were adequate for short stay."

"Good location . Rooms dated in need of refurb . Young girl on reception drinks bar was really pleasant . Reception front desk men were awful . Checked in and received key for door and that’s it . No info on breakfast , paid for safe but didn’t give us key . Tried to get into hotel on the first night and the 2 men on reception were shouting and waving there arms about askin why we were in the hotel as we never had wristbands . We didn’t have them because no one gave them to us . Out of 10 people...

"Clean and spacious room and nice to have a kitchenette. Some essentials were missing but it was overall great and functional. Quiet and peaceful. View from the roof was great and the terrace as well. Nice to have access to the coffee machine as well. Convenient location in Faro but a little far from groceries. Would visit again."

"De premium kamer was heel ruim en mooi, goed onderhouden en de airco was stil en werkte perfect. Vriendelijk personeel, goede ligging en parking gratis. Zeer goed als uitvalsbasis om de Algarve te verkennen. Centrum Loulé op 5 min stappen."

"L’accueil et le personnel au top 👌 Toutefois la chambre mal entretenue, moquette sale, robinetterie cassé, lit pas confortable, la climatisation fait un bruit tout droit sorti de l’enfer et vous réveil en pleine nuit! L’établissement est bien situé, beaucoup de commerces à proximité."

"Great location. Rooms are quality. Fro!5 desk staff are great. Rooftop is a nice bonus. Beds are very firm. Lock anything of moderate value in your safe, as the house keepers stole the pieces of jewellery that were left out."
