"This hotel was great value for money. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows which I find it very rare for most hotels! I never sleep properly in hotels but I slept great here. It was very quiet, clean although the floor was quite dirty in the bathroom, I would definitely stay again. Very convenient location, we got the cable cars for an event at the o2 and it was so easy. Thank you for a lovely stay! I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The staff were welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The cook didn’t mind making 2 breakfasts even though breakfast service was about to finish. Secure car park. Easy, short walk to the tube station making it convenient to travel to the O2 arena. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again and I would not hesitate to recommend. "

"We have stayed in this hotel before and not experienced any issues. Mostly this stay was good but there were a few administrative issues and the manager would not take responsibility. At one stage he suggested that, within our party of 6 rooms, we had ‘mixed up’ our room keys. After spending a great deal of time I thought correcting errors over lengths of stay, check out dates etc I left the hotel for a few hours. When we returned our room had been checked out. "It was a disabled room although we did not need one. The fold down bars in the shower were very clogged up - not sure what with. Didn’t investigate too closely. "

"Extremely beautiful home inside. Very clean rooms with good ameneties (shower gel, tv, iron, plenty of plug sockets). The bathroom was very clean but would benefit from a reform in the next couple of years. Very quiet room. Only downside is that the restaurant is closed on Sundays which I hadn't realised so had to pop out for food. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"This hotel is really good for its purpose. It’s a budget no frills hotel that is very clean with decent rooms. The staff are very helpful and all services work. Only negative is lack of restaurants nearby but there is a Tesco superstore. A little noisy with the window open next to the main road but close the window all good. Overall a good budget hotel within £25 Uber ride of London sights. "
