"Multiple issues. This hotel looks nice but it was really disappointing and over-priced at more than 5 star hotel prices for Bangkok. We did not sleep as we could hear the people in the next room whenever they spoke or opened doors, used the bathroom. There were mosquitos in the room. When we asked for breakfast at 6.30 instead of 7am - we were initially told no it wasn't possible. Eventually when we insisted the receptionist asked the kitchen and they said yes. "We stayed three nights. The room was basic, bathroom was decent except the toilet seat was barely hanging on. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent. It was a nice walkable area with many bars and restaurants around. The hotel was close enough to the night market, Phlu Si and many other restaurants. We had no complaints. They do have a great happy hour buy one beer Lao get one free. That was a bonus! "
