"2 min walk across streert from train station. F riendly check-in and held our luggage so we could walk around. Gave us a map, directions, and food recommendations--hotel set in middle of lower walking area do perfect. Nice small terrace for evenings. Good varieties for breakfast including coffee machine that made multiple types of drinks. Our bathroom has step up into it so could be hazardous in the middle of the night."

"Staff was amazing!!! Arriving by car was a bit of a challenge but our stay was amazing!!! Loved the welcome champagne and cake, the in room hot tub, and delightful breakfast basket delivered to room. It was a five minute walk to the university and Machado museum and I highly recommend both!!!"

"It was fine, nothing special or terrible. We never received the check-in email, but luckily someone was onsite to let us in. That was literally our only interaction with staff. "DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. From the listing, it looks like a proper place to stay, but in reality the door handle was completely broken when we reached. They messaged us to go to another room, and it was full of flies. The floor is uneven, there are no screens on the windows and no air conditioning, so you just have to have flies all over you. And that's if you don't mind the dogs barking and church bells from two different directions ringing every half hour in your window. It is completely false...
