"Whole place was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very filling and excellent value for money. Charging was great and there was plenty of parking."
"The hotel is excellent and great location. It really punches above it's weight and it is much more on par with 4 star establishments. The staff are always super nice and helpful, rooms are great and clean, the air con is probably the best I've experienced in any European hotel and they offer loads of great added extras to guests that make you feel very well looked after. The location is great for being very close to the main beaches. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Biarritz. Special thanks...
"The hotel is a little far away from where the action in Biarritz happen. If you are a young crowd looking to be close to the beach, bars, clubs, this is a bit of a walk. The room I stayed in had no A/C but the fan did help. I did not pay for the breakfast so I cannot speak to it.
The hotel is super new, the design is super cool and the staff was really helpful and polite."
