"There was cockroaches in the rooms I went through 4 rooms to get one that was clean Also after that there was no hot water for the shower only luke warm and staff say that it is okay the bed was terrible and can feel the spring Breakfast was just a bread roll and 2 eggs "

"takes sometime to check in but we are the only guest at the check in counter. they gave us the wrong room no as per booking and they need to rearrange again. check in process consider very slow unable to multi task. the floor is oil for no reason at the lobby and also in the room. but they have a water dispenser for refill which a bonus. "

"Unfortunetley there was a flying ant problem in the apartment. The shower holder was also broke which ruined having a shower. The size of the apartment was very big with a nice kitchen. Staff was also very nice."

"A beautiful room. Spacious and really great layout. Rooftop pool nice. Spa service is excellent Only thing I would’ve liked is to be able to get dinner at the hotel."

"Breakfast was great, one day they didn't have biggest but made home cooked meal instead. Great to location across the beach, loved listening to waves on deck. Room spacious. Pool has great view, bar was not open but that wasn't an issue. Owner friendly and speaks excellent English. Family run business. Would stay again"

"The balcony was a very big communal garden with benches and tables with a sea view which made the experience amazing. The hotel was very clean. I could not fault. The staff and cleaners were very friendly also."

"the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

"The resort is big and beautiful. The staffs are friendly and so nicely with the customers. The villa is clean and organized. Would recommend to my friends later. "
