"Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t see any staff. Kettle in breakfast lounge not working. Why ask re towel change when no one came in to attend to room? Incorrect use of apostrophes on signage. Needs to be checked. "

"Everything was good and most importantly the bed was comfortable. The only concern I had was there being no lift which is tough when you are old with mobility issues. However, after finding myself on the third floor the hotel were able to move me down to the first making life so much easier. I was grateful "

Theres a cute market/foodtruck kinda set up on the right side of the building. Had an amazing brakfast there, and met some lovely locals who talked to us about the area. "Our hosts were very friendly and offered advise regarding Storm Amy's approach, where we could see the stags locally (which we did!) and regarding returning via Bealach na Ba which we did in dense cloud on the way in. We took the coast road back as the weather was worsening and the view non existent! Our room was very comfortable and cosy with underfloor heating in the bathroom. The honesty bar was great for stopping in the room (wine, beer, soft drinks, various snacks) - we came away with some of the lovely shortbread. Not to mention the welcome drinks which was a lovely touch. The B&B is right out of Applecross and so we took a drive back to the Applecross Inn for dinner with a lovely view out over the bay. Scottish breakfast was perfect and the locally smoked salmon was fabulous! It set us up for the day with a lovely a walk around Applecross before heading off the beat the incoming Amy."
