"The staff was great. The hotel is very nice and up to date. The breakfast was plentiful Unfortunately they've had a lot of rain and we had a small colony of ants in the bathroom. Also the pillows were very hard, which u think is an Italian thing as we experienced that in every hotel we stayed in. This is a great location for staying prior to flying out of MXP as it is literally 5 minutes to T1 and car rental returns. We have stayed here often over the years."

"Perfect location if you take a flight from Malpensa , excellent service . Shuttle to the airport is a plus. I had an easy and comfortable stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast. I arrived at the airport close to 22:30 due to delay, they accommodated me with the shuttle. A "

"Friendly staff, nice breakfast. I asking for quiet room not to the elevator, second was with success, but the first- rebuilding company starting at 8 o'clock in the morning noisy construction of the road. Next 2 years must to missed this hotel for your health"

"Ibis suited our purpose. Hotel is clean and staff is nice. However, every day our card deactivated and had to get recoded. And the hairdryer doesn’t work for more than 1-2 minutes at a time. These are minor issues. Pluses are good nearby pizza, shuttle bus to/from airport ($5) to catch train into Milan and a decent breakfast buffet. Thank you for our stay!"

"Everything was absolutely fine, staff working there seems like they don’t enjoy it at all. A little bit of smile would change it a lot. For breakfast you better be there early as they don’t seem to refill what has gone. In general good with little improvement needed "

"Very quiet location. Nothing around though as far as restaurants. Out of the way but easy taxi trip to Milan. Very secure parking and hotel. Good value."

"Very nice staff in fairly nice hotel but for the price it’s fantastic. It’s near the train station and a lot of people hanging around and church bells ringing in the morning but the beds comfortable although showers and bathrooms are quite small."

"We had a fabulous time in Angera staying at hotel ponti. Beautiful, modern, clean room. Well located, walking distance from everything in Angera and the ferry port with links all around the lake. Lots of dining options in walking distance. Good breakfast. Would highly recommend. Thank you! "
