"After checking in we entered the room and immediately noticed a bug on the pillow. I quickly took a photo of it and we left the room as it was a bedbug. We went back downstairs to talk to the girls at the front and after telling them one of the workers proceeded to laugh while another offered to switch us rooms. I told them I would like a refund and they told me I would have to contact Expedia. I do NOT recommend staying here."

"We did not know before arriving that the property was under construction. We gave as much grace as possible but there were so many issues and the staff was NOT helpful and sometimes plain rude. There were so many people checking out because of issues! Issues the hotel knew about yet still made these rooms available. Our room was is process of being upgraded, bathroom fans didn’t work, there was sealant missing in the shower, the ac was new but not even hooked up, the room was half cleaned and...

"The staff here is excellent! Felt welcomed and right at home the moment I walked thru the door. The V Lounge happy hour was so fantastic that we stopped by for BOTH happy hours. Rick the bartender was so warm and pleasant. He also makes some phenomenal cocktails! The lobby also had cold brew on tap! The room was simple but clean. Only annoying part was our room was facing the neighboring house and they have a dog that barks nonstop at night and early in the morning. That’s no fault of the hotel...

"Experience was OK. Cleanliness in the room was questionable. There was a big glob of hair and mold in the bathroom. We were the only balcony without cushions on the chairs. The pool was lovely, but the hot tub was rough and scratchy - pulled at our swimsuits. The upstairs walkway had some soft spots - worried I was going to fall through. The top floor room had LOVELY vaulted ceilings, and the shower spout was very high - no problem for someone 6ft tall!"
