"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"Location of the property in combination with the price is why this choice is a must. You are walking distance from the center. Rooms are clean and ok - due to the building a bit old if someone is walking around the floor above you , it is heard. Also during the summer, the rooms are getting quite hot, especially if you are in a higher floor. Would love to see different type of soap for shower. Breakfast was ok considering the price - would love to see some more bakery options like...

"We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay "

"We had a very pleasant night staying in the main hotel building that dates from the late 1800s. The complex is quite large, with an indoor equestrian rink, a bar, a restaurant, a spa, and a large event room. The breakfast buffet contained a bit of everything so everyone was able to find a breakfast. The decor is traditional, everything was well maintained, and the bed sheets were nice. "Nice place on the edge of Marianske Lazne."

"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."
