"We checked in just before midnight. They photocopy your passport. We got key cards. Room is good size and has air con but the bathroom has a very noisy duct exhaust type fan which made it hard to get a good sleep. Hotel is in the city centre of shops and restaurants, 10min walk to garlic lane, or to the beach.. 30min to beachwalk shopping mall. They cleaned and provided fresh towels daily except for the last day - I had to ask. Pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. I wouldnt stay here...

"Lovely staff do anything for you "

"This is still a lovely old resort, but is definitely ageing. The rooms are large and comfortable but showing signs of wear. If that’s doesn’t bother you too much ( sometimes mouldy odour, old chipped tiles, towels and accessories getting on a bit ) then everything else is great. The pools and grounds are large and very clean, the rooms maintained well, the staff wonderful. The food is average but plenty of dining options just outside. You get the few loud yahoos but most people there are lovely....

"Great place, very quiet and close to stylish restaurants at PARQ which is within 5 min walk. Restaurant and swimming pools are very good. Less than 5 min drive to city center. Easy access for Grab or Gojek. Highly recommend Bakung Ubud Resort and Villa"

"I highly recommend Febris. It’s a great hotel has excellent sized family rooms. And double as well. It’s clean and the staff are fantastic. The restaurant is excellent and has great prices. The Spa is the best I have used in Bali. The only thing they could improve is the internet. As it’s very slow and drops out a lot. But really that happens anywhere. We will definitely be back. This was our 7th stay at this hotel. "

"My sister and i stay at this hotel every year ,its inproving all the time. This time had lots more chairs around the pool areas which was fabulos. The only suggestion i have this time round is they dont surply hand towels in the bathroom and when i asked for them they said only the premium rooms have them ,well we always book the deluxe lagoon pool view so i guessing thats not premium enough. In saying that is a great hotel in a great location . Thankyou so much for our stay see you next year."

"A nice hotel, a few restaurants nearby but more choices were about a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was ok, a few local options, bread with butter and jam, and drinks. Great, friendly staff. My room had some ants and the water wasn’t hot at all. Room had shower and huge tub and I liked the moveable wall so you can watch TV from the tub :) "
