"The hotel’s location was very convenient to the customer I was visiting. The staff were all amazing; friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for food and places to check out. I didn’t have a chance to eat at the hotel, but the bar and restaurant area looked very nice. What I appreciated most, though, was that the pillows were labeled “soft” and “firm.” Every other hotel I’ve stayed at recently only had soft pillows, so having options was a small but much-appreciated touch."
