"I called multiple times on having no housekeeping and attempted to address with their team. I was told to "remove my dog" by one manager day 2. He was crated when not in room per their policies. No cleaning/towels again day 3. I did remove dog for 5 hours day 4 to have room cleaned as it was "full cleaning day" No service at all. Escalated issue. Property management didn't support or respond. Day 5 escalated again at desk after no cleaning. Apologies from an assistant manager with no solution....

"I really enjoyed the pool and having our dinner delivered while we were swimming. The room was clean, bed was comfy and we had a good nights sleep. The breakfast buffet was just okay and was very crowded even at 7:30. You have to pay for parking, which I think is ridiculous, but so be it. When you checkin they give you the card to scan and then it ask for your info along with your license plate number, which I don’t have memorized, so I had to go back to my car. Point being if you want $25 for...

"Breakfast option was nice. Room had mold on ceiling and fake eyelashes in our bathroom sink/floor upon check in. Staff was helpful, but check in area was very short staffed. They did the best they could."
