" The Solace Hotel I liked the hotel, cozy, spacious room, upgraded, bed with good sheets and pillows, clean bathroom with a shower head working very well. The location is very close to the center, we could do everything on foot, and being on a hill wasn't a problem for us. There is a great Japanese restaurant opposite and a steak restaurant very close by. In the center it was very easy to take public transport to go to Puerto Montt and Frutillar. The breakfast is also very good. They were kind...

"Immediately next to the bus station ...could not get any closer...literally 30 steps to my bus in the morning...perfect for early buses...right at the waterfront....walked to the cinema in a very nice mall... Room was fine, bed was acceptable, all very clean...carpeting in hallways very worn and tired but in room was fine. Food in restaurant very basic. Value was acceptable. I slept well!"

"It was the worst experience we had. The place was old, lack of maintenance, peeling paint, falling molding and dirty. The white curtain already turned into grey color. The bathroom light fixture has multiple dead flies inside. The shower has an used soap from previous people. The ad with hot top was a small container of muddy water. Hotel.com should remove this property from the website."
