"Had a lovely stay at Craigside Manor Hotel in Llandudno. The front desk manager went out of her way to help during our stay, she went over and beyond her role. The staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay. Great breakfast, comfortable stay, and excellent customer service — would happily return!"

"Positives: Free parking on the street, WiFi at the property. Staff friendly, Negatives: booked a deluxe suite but received 2 different rooms on the same floor with shared bathroom. Even if we were the only ones at the floor it had direct access from the staircase. Pictures are misleading, the property looks much worse. Poor options on breakfast."

I recently stayed at this hotel , sea view suite in £180 per night, and while the property itself is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are genuinely lovely, the breakfast experience was a significant disappointment. As someone who has stayed in over 800 hotels globally, I understand the importance of local service etiquette. However, the service here was far below what is expected for a property at this price point...

"All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was great and included in the stay. Evening meals were some of the best I have had lovely. Absolutely excellent value. Not a modern soulless hotel but an older place with a friendly atmosphere."
