"Hotel grounds were beautiful and the location cannot be beat for those looking to explore the old town. Overall the hotel staff were kind and mostly helpful. The one significant issue I had was that our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and reeked of mold/must. When I asked the hotel staff they mostly dismissed my claim, said it was normal, and claimed all rooms were booked and there was nothing that could be done. "Nice family run hotel in old town Mostar. Very short walk to the bridge. There is affordable parking right next door. I loved that the ac was on and my room was cool, when I first arrived. The staff are very nice and the breakfast is amazing!"
