"I booked the stay seeing breakfast was included, until the morning we were noticed that breakfast was not included. I don't know which side was wrong, but disappointed about this part, the day was raining so heavily and the whole family has to rush to find a place to eat because kids so starve"

"The walls were extremely thin, the bed was hard as a rock, half of the electric blinds didn’t work, the pillow was dark yellow and disgusting… some high points would be the pool, ease of the tv streaming"

"The curtains that block light do not close completely. Our room had a parking lot light that shined directly in onto the bed where we were supposed to sleep. You really need to look at this. I didn’t sleep because of light that could have easily been blocked by a curtain. I would not book this property again because it was miserable to have light shining in my eyes in bed."

"When we got there our room was out of hair conditioner. I went down in the morning to ask that it be refilled for the evening-was told sure. That night it was not refilled. I had to go back down to get a bottle from the front desk. Also- our shower water was barely warm. I let it run for a good 5-10 min while I brushed my teeth and got clothing together, let it run some more- never got warmer. So we basically took cold showers 2 nights in a row.
