"We arrived at the hotel and the room we were given was dirty, it smelled of must. We complained and staff did change our room, however this was only slightly better. The initial room has hairs in the plug hole and hairs on the wall. It was dingy!! When I complained about the smell, staff told me to open a window. The beds were awful. The beds around the pool where old and the cushions were ripped, this looked extremely scruffy. We were offered other rooms but they wanted to charge us...

"My partner and I stayed at this property from May 29th to June 4th 2026. It was an absolutely lovely stay and we would highly recommend it. The location is perfect and a very short (3 minutes) walk to a fantastic beach, Agios Prokopios. There is a bus stop right outside the property that takes you into Naxos Town (buy your tickets first). If you would like to visit other beaches using the bus, you can walk down to the beach and take the bus that goes to Plaka, another beautiful beach. The room...
