"The shuttle was really late for pick up. The front desk gave me the wrong timing for dinner at a restaurant, the burger place food leaves a lot to be desired. The room is not well thought out - took awhile to figure out how to turn the lighting the bathroom (it was connected to the light for the hallway on delay), no outlets by the bed to charge technology, no hand towels. Basic hotel, somewhat outdated."

"Quite a disappointing stay overall. At check-in we were asked to pay an additional ‘city tax’ that was unexpected. Our Expedia booking already included taxes. In terms of the rooms, there was no phone, no safe and no mini fridge. Amenities were very basic. As to the room itself, there was mould in the shower. Also no sheer curtains on our first floor room - so basically it was either completely black out everything — or nothing. Breakfast selection was basic - but good. Overall an unpleasant...

"The hotel is located in a good area if you prefer a quiet stay. It’s also large, so your rooms are of decent size. However, my room was extremely hot. The staff informed us our AC was broken and nothing could be done to fix it. There was no other room available at that time. To compensate, they offered a breakfast upgrade. As well, the house keeping service can be avoided if you prefer 5$ voucher cards. But this felt a bit scam-like as a coffee or beer is 4.50 euro and you loose the .50 cents....
