"I reserved a handicap accessible room for three adults where I needed a handicap accessible bathroom. I was in room 116 and the toilet was not handicap height and the doorway was prohibitive for an elderly woman with a walker. Everything in the room felt damp the carpet, the bedding, the chairs we arrived late and there were no vending services for drinks or any kind of snacks. In the morning, we had an early appointment and the only coffee available was three dollar a cup coffee from a machine...

"It’s an older property, elevators were slow. The room was big, happy hour was fun, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very nice. They also have a really big lobby and the in house restaurant was good."
