"The property was kept up nicely. Or room was very cleaned and smelled fresh. The pool/sauna/hot tub areas were clean and no towels were left anything for guests to see. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were soft and some former ones. The breakfast was excellent. The water pressure was perfect for the shower. The view of the mountain outside our room was wonderful. We definitely will be booking here again!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed here one night for a spontaneous trip and we absolutely loved it! Devin was super nice and helpful when we were checking in. He gave us a free room upgrade since they weren’t very busy, and he gave us a late checkout the following day so we could enjoy the pool! We had a balcony lake front room and the view was beautiful! "These accommodations were simple and the location was close to some good restaurants- you can walk to a few! It is noisy if you open your windows or motorcycles go by on the main road. The smell coming from the AC was also quite musty. Staff was outstanding - friendly amd willing ti help where they could. "

"I woudo have given this property a 5 star rating except for some key factors. We arrived in the dark and the light in the hallway did not work, therefore we entered into a dark apt. There was a step down into the living room. 2 out of the 4 adults stumbled- 1 fell- almost landing into the stone hearth. A very dangerous situation. "A lot to enjoy here! Spacious, clean, with both indoor and outdoor pool (though be aware, not heated and VERY cold). But the mattress was easily the worst I've experienced at a hotel in years. Overall, very happy with service, this was what I expected it to be, lovely spot in the White Mountains. But a handful of extras could turn this into an incredible location instead of merely a fine one."
