"Reception was busy, but helpful once the delay was cleared after about 10 mins. Also on two occassions during our stay we tried calling reception unsuccessfully until disconnected. We enjoyed the free wine tasting hour with Kies and cannt recall the Friday night winery, but was also enjoyed. "Very nice and well maintained holiday park. Rooms were clean and fresh like a hotel. Spacious and had everything we needed. Would probably just recommend a pot upgrade and a couple more bowls but that’s being a bit more picky. Had 2 car spaces but our cars were too big to fit both of them in (SUV & Ute) but we spoke to management and they organised an alternative which was very helpful. Used the laundry and that was easy and cleaned my clothes well. Pool looked great and playground too but...

"This is a good hotel as far as the rooms go which were very clean and spacious. However, there were a few things that were disappointing. The restaurant is only open from Tuesday to Saturday and never open for breakfast. There is a shopping centre down the road and apparently a coffee shop close by but as I was on a tight schedule this was really inconvenient. Be mindful there's no reception or housekeeping on a Sunday, no big deal if you know but I did not. If your stay is a leisurely one then...

They upgraded my room for free, I enquired about possibly long term stay and we came to an agreement for a fixed price per week and the price was very good, they also give you a free choice of a soft drink when checking in, they also recommend a pub that was close by for decent meals, 10/10 The rooms are amazing in terms of what you get, the fridge is one of the bigger smaller versions, alot of other places have small...
