"The carpets need to go. Old and not very clean. I have allergies and needless to say the entire stay my throat was flared. The staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was descent. We unfortunately had a room on the first floor which was loud. A/c was barely functional. It worked but the room was never comfortable during the heat wave. The hotel is dated, needs a bit of a lift. We ate at the restaurant on our last day and the food wasn't great, I had mushroom and chicken risotto 3 tiny squares if...

"Excellent central location with exceptional staff. Small rooms but perfectly acceptable. Could do with a little smartning for example the doors need painting. Great hotel."

"Hotel was nice. Great to have water and coffee machines available at all times. Room was spacious and well maintained. However, the entrance of the hotel faced a small side street that looked like a back alley. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant."

"Great location, easily walkable to many sites. Nice, vibrant restaurant downstairs. Loved the hotel dark blue walls and colors. Overall, good. We would stay there again. The 1st floor communal coffee machine was not in working and this was disappointing. There are coffee pods in the room, but no takeaway cups. The bathroom needed more shelf space for toiletries and needed ventilation."
