"Liked parking. Disliked everything else. We booked Roosevelt but it looked closed. By accident we found it was now an annex of a hotel up the road. Whole thing was a shambles. We only stayed as we had been soaked by the weather"

Would be perfect if tea/ coffee facilities were available in the room. although you can buy these in the bar. "

"Absolutely fantastic value for money. This is a £300 plus room per night. Lovely staff, beautiful location, property with great food and drinks. The rooms were like new and the standard of decor is top draw. This was a complete and very pleasant surprise at the end of a mini euro tour. "

Pas de restauration le dimanche soir contrairement à ce qui m'avait été annoncé et même garantie (par courriel) sous la forme d'une réservation d'une table! Le service du petit-déjeuner est, à ma convenance, servi tardivement pour ceux qui sont en séjour professionnel."

The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting. While this wouldn't matter during the summer, the fact that there was no furnace heating came as a...

"Great location, a few minutes walk from the citadel, cathedral and main sights. Good information about the check in from the host beforehand. Room was clean and a good size, I would just say lacking some facilities - for example some additional electrical charging points by the bed for charging mobile, a light switch on both side of the bed. Generally a very convenient location."
