"The staff from the front desk to the bellboys especially Cedric and those at breakfast and at the bake shop/cafe were polite, all ears, and efficient. All my needs were addressed.
Housekeeping kept my room clean and stocked. AC provided comfort.
Breakfast was worth waking up to."
"We book 10 rooms and of the 10 rooms four of them the AC did not work so they had to move us around. The service is quite helpful. The most fun part of it was the sports complex with the Pickleball courts and the tennis courts and the jet skis by the beach that part was definitely fun but the place is rundown for sure the rooms need upgrading and better maintenance."
"Extremely friendly staff and attentive staff, beautifully maintained premises, fantastic food & be beverage menu, comfortable bedding, gorgeous views, and infinity pool! If I would recommend adding outdoor soft speakers & some tiki torches. We loved the stay & will return! Thank you lovely STAFF!"
"Beautiful Property, But Poorly Maintained

I booked two rooms for my family, and unfortunately, both rooms had mold issues and were not properly maintained. One of the rooms had a broken bathroom door, while both bathrooms...

The unit needed better cleaning and maintenance. The blankets and couches smelled strongly of sweat/mustiness, the unit and bathroom smelled moldy, the water initially came out yellow, and the outdoor chairs were heavily rusted. There were also no AC remotes and no shampoo or...
"nothing good can say about this property. the a/c didn’t work, the room smelled bad, awful smell from the bathroom. we complained to the staff and asked for another room but the one they were giving us was for 1 person and there were two staying in the room. they said they brought the issues to the manager but they didn’t do anything about it. worst place ever!!!"
