"This hotel is so convenient from the TGV train and airport…we loved it! The only issue was that we were coordinating an Uber pickup and this hotel has no ground level entry…quick fix…take the stairs (to the left & outside the lobby) to an exterior walkway to the hotel across the way for your pickup! Hotel stored our luggage while we visited Lyon for the afternoon! Hotel was easy to navigate…wish I could say the same for the airport terminal signage! Fun/unique hotel, good restaurant and nice bar…clean and simple."

"Room does not look like the pictures at all, dirty walls and no hand soap! When asked the reception advised we can use the soap in the shower - which was not accessible unless stepping in in the bath ! Never seen this before. Bathroom also tiny and almost no room to use the toilet. "
