"Clean neat room and plenty of parking which is a great thing in downtown Winston"

"Our room was very spacious and clean! The staff is very pleasant and helpful! However, we were told by staff during our stay that this hotel would be closing as of June 1, 2026. I was very sad to hear that because this hotel is close to several areas that we frequent when we visit Winston-Salem as well as friends nearby. This stay was our 2nd and we planned to stay here during our future visits. I hope the staff has good luck in their future endeavors for employment as one lady informed me that...

"My brother had a bad accident and needed to stay here the night before he was picked up since he was unable to drive himself back to Atlanta for surgery. The front desk gal was amazing and very accommodating. He had a restful night sleep when he really needed it and she delivered him water as he was unable to move around freely. Thank you!"

"Great location - so many nice restaurants, bars and cafes around the hotel. My room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a microwave, fridge, and Keurig machine. Bathroom was a decent size too. The bed was a bit lumpy. Staff were friendly and so nice. They made us feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel."
