"Owners and staff were amazing. Generous, kind, friendly and so helpful with a health emergency, Fantastic view from the balcony, clean accommodation and great little breakfast each morning. You can walk to the train station, many restaurants around the hotel and ferry to Portofino across the road. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in lovely Rapallo. It is directly across the street from the main train terminal to visit the Cinque Terre area. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage there until we left town. "Small hotel which was very close to everything including restaurants and shopping. Great location about 2 minutes from train station. Staff was lovely. Hotel provided a nice breakfast which was a great perk to start the day. Rooms are clean and functional but a bit dated and tiny. Hotel is an excellent deal and in a perfect location for a Cinque Terre visit. "
