"My experience at this property was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The staff member at the reception desk did not acknowledge my presence or greet me. I had to ask, "I'm here to check in. Is this where I need to go?" before anyone assisted me. Unfortunately, the check-in process only got worse. The receptionist who checked me in was rude, abrupt, and unwelcoming. When I asked if someone could assist me with my luggage, I was simply told they did not provide that service....

"El hotel tiene una ubicación muy conveniente, ya que se encuentra a tan sólo diez minutos del aeropuerto, cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito en el hotel, lo que resulta muy cómodo, ya que sólo está a unos pasos de la habitación sin necesidad de subir escalones. El único inconveniente es que en esta temporada hace mucho calor y las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, solamente un ventilador"

"Great location, easily walkable to many sites. Nice, vibrant restaurant downstairs. Loved the hotel dark blue walls and colors. Overall, good. We would stay there again. The 1st floor communal coffee machine was not in working and this was disappointing. There are coffee pods in the room, but no takeaway cups. The bathroom needed more shelf space for toiletries and needed ventilation."
