"We booked this room for Memorial Day weekend to have a small vacation with our grandchildren in Michigan. We were looking forward to using the restaurant and bar and the kids were excited to spend the day in the indoor pool. "My 3 year old daughter found a crack pipe under the bed in our room!!!! Clearly the room had not been properly cleaned. I took it to the front desk and was promised a refund. Still no refund showing on my card. Do not stay here."
