"Breakfast was good, but not as great as at some other places we stayed in France. Parking was easy but required advance reservation. Easy walking to everywhere from the hotel. We had a large suite on the top floor, which did require one final set of stairs after the elevator. Very comfortable bed, and quiet enough at night. Would stay here again. Saumur itself was also wonderful."
"Studio has everything you need for a self-sufficient stay. Loved eating outside on our private terrace. Is mostly renovated with a few dated fixtures. Good but firm bed."
"Situated in village square with parking in front of hotel, access to our room on floor 2 was a bit of a climb, especially as tge temperature was in tge upper 30s! The daily housekeeping was unacceptable - coffee cups were left dirty in the room, the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned at all, and in the bathroom the windows did not shut properly. The water from the shower went all over the floor. In the middle of our stay, we found a...
"The setting was unique. Originally hundreds of years old stone farmhouse. Grounds were extensive with vegetation, creek and pond, ponies, goats, etc. And many birds for bird watching. Gourmet restaurant on the premises."
