"The room is nice and clean and has good air conditioning and hot water. Location is excellent. The only bad experience I had wasn’t with the hotel itself but with the agency they use for guest accommodations. I contacted them about airport transport and was told to message their agency SUP Tours. They tried to charge $35 for a $3 taxi ride. When I told them this was very expensive I was sent a long disrespectful reply telling me I shouldn’t visit the Galapagos if I don’t have the budget for it....

"Nice place - it is exactly how it displays online. Clean, basic hotel a little away from the centre of town, but still only a 5 minute walk. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Staff went out of their way to help us when we had an issue with one of the local laundries being closed. Recommend."
