"Excellent central location with a view over the village river and cascade. Check-in wasn’t so smooth. I never expect a hotel to offer me what wasn’t advertised and at the same time I don’t tolerate receiving a room where the things that were advertised upon booking, are broken or malfunctioning. The room’s window was massively crooked allowing a ton of insects to enter the room, the shower was too cold and after a 4-day hike in the mountains with only cold showers and a bad throat, a hot shower...

"The good things first: great breakfast, really nice and friendly staff and the location great in the sense that there is no noise from mc´s or street sounds. The room on the photo was NOT what we got. We got a tiny room with no shelves and no hooks, a tiny bathroom where the toilet was 1 cm away from the shower cabin, no bedlamps but just a bulb under the fan but the most negative aspect was the noise from people talking, walking and everything else that was happening in the vicinity. "A estadia num geral foi pessima. Primeiro que me colocaram em um quarto na parte de fora,do lado da rua,ao lado da recepçao, entao todo mundo que entrava na pousada, ficava parado na janela do meu quarto conversando, entao muito barulho. Segundo que o banheiro horrivel, parecia sujo, nao tinha lugar para pendurar toalhas, ou suporte para shampo e sabonete e o chuveiro caia 5 gotas de agua alem do vaso estar solto do chao. A limpeza do quarto o chao estava melado. As camareiras nao limparam...

"Ao chegar na cidade a localização que está no aplicativo não deu na pousada, mas entramos em contato e eles logo se prontificaram de nos pegar na cidade , ao chegar na pousada um ambiente muito lindoooo, tudo bem organizado , o pessoal bem receptivo , Tainá pessoa excelente, o Sérgio uma figura que pessoa toppp , as meninas da cozinha um café maravilhoso!!!! Olha foi apenas uma noite de uma experiência incrível, a noite Sérgio nos levou na cidade , apresentou os melhores restaurantes !!!!...
