Very convenient location to old city. Bit tricky to find entry: if you are across from yellow theatre lounge bar and beside pastry shop look up at terrace just above you. Go up the alley a few steps and through metal gateway then on through metal trellised gateway. A few steep steps. Worth finding. Unfortunately...

"Das Hotel ist vermutlich schon älter aber top renoviert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Poolbereich sieht aus wie neu und bietet sowohl Sonnen- als auch Schattenplätze. "The room was very small, but since we were only looking for a place to sleep at night, it worked well for us. There was no coffee machine in the room, but the air conditioning worked great. The staff was extremely helpful and even assisted us with checking in for our flights home and printing our boarding passes, which we really appreciated. "Pro: Room is clean with one wall of beautiful exposed Croatian white stone. Easy walking to everything. Cons: Clunky and confusing check in. "We loved Kaštel Novi and the hotel was wonderful, overall. Be advised, however, that this location is almost an hour on the public bus from Split, which I hadn’t realized when I made the reservation.
