"We booked hotel Rex last minute so we could just wake up and hop on the train in Lucca. It had everything we needed but no extras. I would only spend one night here. Breakfast was extremely basic and needed to get better coffee at the cafe across the street. But over all room was clean and quiet."
"The hotel was awful. It was old and everything was damaged. There was an awful smell coming from the toilet. The room was outdated and looked like a hostel. Broken wardrobe doors, moldy showers, cracked tile floor. The walls were tired and had dents and damages.
There was a hairdryer but it was too far from a mirror
The shower was good
The bed was comfy
The staff were pleasant.
The location was excellent.
The hotel did not do breakfast, there was no bar as advertised and the terrace did not...

The breakfast staff at the breakfast buffet also went above and beyond to make sure our coffee orders and food were just right. Thank you to...
"Niemand aanwezig bij aankomst, sleutel lag met een brief waar je naam op stond op de desk.
Het was schoon, maar de bedden waren vreselijk.
De veren staken in je kont.
Ontbijt was minimaal."
