"Great time"

"This hotel is absolutely nothing like the pictures you see- it is more like a motel, the rooms open directly to the outside world, very misleading- it is not very close to downtown Broadway as it states, it is more music row. I was extremely surprised and disappointed upon checking in , please do your research before you book. You can hear the footsteps, music and talking of all the rooms around and above you, I would never book here again."

"Wow. Great place. Price point was excellent, with amenities that you only expect with higher priced places. Room was large and well appointed. Shower and toilet were separate from the vanity, which is great for a couple getting prepared to head out. Happy hour complimentary drinks and the breakfast were top notch."

"Multiple outlets did not work, we told front desk was supposed to send a technician that never arrived. Sofa was ripped. Breakfast was ok if you like mini bagels & bag instant oatmeal. Otherwise it was okay"

"It was close enough to downtown to Uber"

"We had a very large room; however there was hardly any furniture in it! Only one chair to sit on. It made the room seem off-balance. The bathroom was very large, but cold."

"Great hotel highly recommend 5th floor bathroom was ✅"

"La habitación limpia, desayuno muy bueno"

"Good safe location. Clean, friendly variety of breakfast options."

"I was staying at a Gaylord property before my stay here and this was so much better. Very comfortable here"
