"Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "

"It ok, however: The air con did not work and felt hot they said it would be fixed but was not had to sleep With an open window on the grownd for the second night! There was no hand dope by the sink. When I asked to please book me a taxi as my phone would not work it was only after begging as I had a train to catch a taxi was called! Therefore two bad nights and a stressful Morning"

"Very disappointed! Be careful when you book. The description on the website is not accurate. There is no mini bar or tea/coffee making facilities. If you require a drink you need to go to the bar. The hotel although there are certain improvements is very outdated. I suppose it sells well because of its location."

"We stayed here with our 3 children (aged 9, 6 and 1) for one night on our way to our holiday in Italy. The hotel is attractive with high ceilings and wooden beams. Our room was excellent, with a double bed and bathroom downstairs and a mezzanine with 3 single beds and another bathroom. We also had a nice terrace overlooking the forest. The restaurant looked nice but a bit too upmarket for the kids so we walked into the town and found an excellent pizza restaurant instead. The hotel pool was...

"Stop off at Pinson was very convenient for an early departure to Geneva. Evening meal and breakast very suitable for our itinerary. Room clean and comfortable."

"The hotel is looking tired and in need of some care. It is positioned on a busy road which is particularly noisy from 6.00am onwards and again in the evening. We booked in for 3 nights and were given a room closest to the road ! This does not encourage us to rebook.
