"We stay here every year on our way to Northern Michigan and the staff are excellent! The rooms are very clean and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling."

"Very serene and lovely; however, we stayed at an off peak time. The app is not very useful and there wasnt that personal touch that I love about B&Bs. Very enjoyable, but proabably a one time visit. The town shuts down a bit early for me. "

"This property is a GREAT location and has some incredible history. It was originally built as a boarding house back in 1880ish time frame, and has been preserved beautifully. The new owners have put a lot of work to preserving the manor, and is still a work in progress(as any 150 year old building would be), but the charm, experience, friendliness, and willingness to accommodate our needs during our stay was a 10 out of 10. I look forward to going back."

"We had an excellent experience at this property. The tents are clean and included VERY comfy bed sheets and just the right amount of decoration. We enjoyed the campfires at night, especially the one in the back of the property to avoid the group of kids that took over the front one. The chef is wonderful. Our breakfasts were filled with fresh blueberries and the best eggs I've ever had! Irene (the owner),her daughter and dogs were super inviting and personable. Regarding the value of this...
