"Von außen sieht das ganze ja ganz nett aus, von innen allerdings fürchterlich. Auf dem Gang zum Zimmer waren riesige Schmutz-Fleicken am Boden, im Zimmer roch es stark nach kalten Rauch, der Boden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt, die Toilette und die Dusche waren so dreckig das ich mich dort nicht duschen wollte. Das Personal sprach schlecht Englisch. Dieser Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen "

"New hotel, clean, lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Near major universities. Located next to a minimarket. About 15 min ride to train station. There is no loop in the lobby / drop-off area, which is a hassle for drivers, creates a bit of bottleneck as cars need to reverse out. Uses Google to connect with front desk which appears modern, but a bit impractical."

It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe).
