"When I first arrived I thought the property was beautiful! The grounds were nice. The pools nice. The beach near the hotel AMAZING!! Our cottage was pretty nice. My biggest gripe, the room cleaning. I guess it’s only every other day unless you call and request it daily. Trash piles up really quick. Our bathroom was clean at first glance but it wasn’t great. "I enjoyed my stay overall, but I was very disappointed with the hotel room service. I stayed for four days, and the housekeeping staff never cleaned our room. I had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, and for the trash to be emptied. The staff member’s response was to ask me to bring my used towels to the dirty towel bin she had outside in the hallway. She also gave me trash bags and asked if I could bring my own trash to her. It was very disappointing to receive that kind of service from the...

"This place is serene and perfect for that peaceful stay in Kauai!!! We were 2 families with kids stayed here (June 2026), starting from the check in till the checkout it’s was a blissful! Philippe from the front desk was wonderful, he in fact helped in advising on few aspects. Rooms were clean and neat, top notch and breakfast was what it can be for an Inn!!! It was fabulous kids loved the bagels and fruits!! Cheers! I will definitely stay here again!!!"

"The only staff I saw was the lady at the front desk and she was very nice. The motel, not hotel was outdated, dusty and have rusty appliances in the room. The walls were paper thin so I laid in bed at night listening to my neighbors every word till 11 pm. Luckily my 8month old did not wake up. Restaurant and bar was closed. Used soap in the shower. Open electrical box in room which the door was bent so it could not close. This is what I expect from a motel on the side of the road in Montana."
