"The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable. There is no A/C, but in October it wasn’t bad. There was a fan, and they had an exhaust unit running to vent the air. Our room was a canal view. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, the tram, Dam Square, the Jordaan, Anne Frank House, and is an 8 minute walk from the Centraal train station. We did not eat breakfast there. They did give us a small gift of ceramic wooden shoes, which was very nice."

"This is a great place to stay and to eat. Spacious and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and fantastic food!"

"Enjoyed the hotel, Did not have the breakfast. The hotel was nice and the front seat was very helpful and polite. We walked everywhere including to and from the train station. Would recommend and would stay again. US traveler"

"Zimmer sauber und großzügig Frühstück reichhaltig mit Kaffeespezialitäten und Rührei"

"Hele schone kamer en het ontbijt was fantastisch...jammer van de luidruchtige buren die tot diep in de nacht aan het schreeuwen waren, maar dat staat los van het hotel."

"We had a great stay, Location is top."

"Fantastisk beliggenhed med den skønneste udsigt. Dejlige store værelser."

"Close to everything. Vineyards, gondola, Rhine cryise and shopping. Very nice breakfast and staff. A little scary at first turning into road of little town but the road drives straight into their parking lot. Beautiful property and town. Thank you!"

"The Burg Hotel was in a beautiful area, has superb views, large, comfortable rooms and is well furnished. The food and service were also excellent. Highly recommend it."
