"The view was amazing, I booked a garden view and was given a view of the sea, pool and mountains further away. The area was quiet and a short distance to the beach where there are lots of surfers.
The pool was very shallow for swimming in and like a warm bath with the heat warming it up.
Apartment was spacious, clean, had comfortable beds. Bathroom had general ware and tear but clean and of a good standard. Full size oven and microwave which is excellent for longer stays. Fridge and freezer at...
"Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, schon bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber und die Betten nicht bezogen. Das ging so weiter 10 Tage lang wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nur sporadisch wurden Handtücher
gewechselt. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet wie gebucht sondern 10 x identisch das Gleiche. Die ersten Tage war zudem das Wasser nur lauwarm.
Das Hotel kann nicht empfohlen werden."

I arrived at 11 pm from the airport and Otto the host met me at the door and got me settled .
He was constantly available with offers of help during my stay ,

"The room that was given to us as 2 elderly ladies in our seventies was totally unacceptable. We had asked for 2 beds. One bed was upstairs with a sheer drop to one side. There was no light switch or lamp upstairs. The toilet was down the stairs. We asked the young man if there was a lamp. He suggested that we leave a light on overnight. The other bed was also down some stairs which were also unsuitable for us. We arrived late at night so couldn't go anywhere else . Instead we stayed in a room...
"Original room booked wasn't very nice, was too small, asked to move to another room whereby, had to pay extra, had to make full payment for day 1, this was really not acceptable as we had gone out and came back at 2am and requested the change of room.
Felt we should have only had to pay half the amount instead of full amount for day 1."

Cama confortável e travesseiros baixos, do jeito que eu gosto.

O banheiro não tem box no chuveiro, é uma banheira e cortina, o que não condiz com o padrão do hotel.
Várias cadeiras da piscina estavam quebradas e custei a encontrar uma cujo encosto reclinasse.
O wi-fi praticamente não funcionou dentro do...
