"We had a very comfortable stay here, with a clean and spacious room. The saunas are great along with a nice relaxation area. We dined in the hotel as the weather was bad outside with snow and ice. The wait for the food was a little long as we unfortunately arrived in the restaurant just after a couple of groups. However,. when it did come the food was very good. "Everything was good. Communication and facilities were good. The swimming place was too good!. The only issue we faced was the instant heater in the bathroom, getting stable hot water was a huge problem. The instant water heater situation needs to be improved"

"We checked in at 9 pm no one at the desk. 2 singles was a queen bed with 2 duvets for my son and I both over 6 foot. Took turns sleeping on the floor after asking for extra duvets which never arrived nor was the room serviced . Not better than a campsite . Be warned"
