"Everyone at the front desk was awesome!!!! Stayed 11 nights. Best vacation of my entire life!!!! Came from Colorado. Planning to come back in May, would not think of staying anywhere else!!! Superb customer service on the part of them all. They did such a great job!! See you next time!!!"

"Good for a quick sleep "

"We arrived early in morning but were able to store luggage. We were advised possibly getting our room by 2 pm. We had flown overnight with no sleep and checked back around noon. Still could not give us an answer. Had lunch and sat in lounge as we were too tired. Thank you to Naima a lovely lady who saw how tired we were and went to reception and got us a room right away. "

"We were glad we got to check in early and then we paid €15 to check out later at 1300. One annoying thing was that their key card system was down so they had to escort us to our rooms each time to let us in. Not really their fault it failed but nevertheless, annoying for guests to have to wait for each front desk person to return to be able to go into their rooms. I loved that we were able to rent bikes from the hotel but one catch was that you had to have €50 cash for each bike you wanted to...
