"The room was small but it worked for us. It was industrial style, which my husband liked. The only issue we had was the room was like a sauna. We talked to Enrique and the director. Enrique was really helpful. He went beyond to help us; Kudos to him. The director was nice, but not so helpful. We were in The Camino and this hotel was our rest day. We rested nicely and were able to enjoy Logroño."

"For me it would have been a 5 star hote. If they fix the shower head. The first room we got it was broken. For me it is important because we are doing the Camino and for me a bath is too hard to slower. They were nice and changed my room. The other incident someone open our room - 9:00 pm. "A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. La hubicación es buenisima, lo tienes todio a mano andando."
