"Room was clean. Great location!"

"I got what I paid for. I was staying in Hong Kong for a long period of time and needed to visit different area so I decided to stay at different hotels for few days to be closer to where I needed to visit. This hotel is not close to the MTR or convenience to anything else. The hotel is outdated. The cleanliness was not good. There were some stains on their leather Otterman so left it to face the front so they can easily be seen and moved away from an area when it was little dusty on the...

"Need more shuttle buses, not only once a day in a very early morning which the mall stores were not even open. More wall outlets in the bedroom. Staffs need remind customers about the demagnetized key card while it stored together with the phone, or upgrade your system."

"the hot waters temperature is uneven during showers"

"Front desk staff lent us the electric terminal adapters. Very convenient."

"Never come back"

"冷房太冷，枕頭太塌，洗浴空間真的小， 距離地鐵銅鑼灣站走路10分鐘內，百德新街，sogo商圈在附近走路可到，五天才會清潔房間，備品可能得跟櫃檯拿，另外會有押金500港元。住房的體驗是堪住。"

"Room was pretty small and clean and had everything I needed. Staff was helpful. The best part is that it’s right across the street from a MTR station."

"前回の宿泊より部屋もバスも広くて　いつもキチンとお掃除してくれるし　スタッフの方達も親切です。 場所も便利です。"

The hotel has a beautiful vintage atmosphere, with elegant stone finishes throughout. You can tell that it must have been a very prestigious and luxurious hotel in its day. It still has its own unique character and charm. We booked a suite, and the room was genuinely...

"Well done"

"The hotel is located close to Victoria Harbour, Nathan Road, and shopping + meals where easy to find given the great location"

"Very convenient and walking distance to Victoria Harbour"

"Nice location but the room was pretty tiny. You can hear people next door talking on phone so it was a little bit noisy during the day. The staff were helpful, so I had a pleasant stay."
